ASAS is an advanced academic skills course for high-performing international scholars preparing for postgraduate study at an Australian university.

What will I learn?

Deepen your understanding of the University of Sydney graduate qualities: disciplinary expertise, critical thinking and problem solving, communication (oral and written), information and digital literacy, inventiveness, cultural competence, interdisciplinary effectiveness, identity, and influence. Learn through an integrated series of lectures, tutorials and practical skills workshops. Prepare a research paper and present at an ASAS conference. Receive targeted feedback from university-qualified teachers. Benefit from a follow-up consultation with your teacher after program completion.
