在這里學什么？If you are looking to make the transition from a science or mathematics-based career to become an engineer, or if you already have an engineering degree and would like to change paths to a different specialisation, the Master of Professional Engineering offers an accredited qualification that will enable you to practise in Australia and overseas. The software specialisation addresses all aspects of software production from strategy and design to coding, quality and management.
This degree will provide you with the engineering professional practice and research skills that lead to recognition as an Australian graduate engineer. Your qualifications will be recognised internationally through the Washington Accord of the International Engineering Alliance. The program also help you develop the sound communication, management and decision-making capabilities necessary to interpret and discuss complex issues in your area of specialisation.

Software engineering graduates will find employment opportunities in information technology, database management, multimedia and telecommunication software systems, language compilers, internet programming, real-time software engineering, control systems, biomedical systems and artificial intelligence.

If you would like to be part of Sydney's engineering research community, you may consider applying for admission to a research degree. Students completing a Master of Professional Engineering program with excellent average marks are eligible to undertake supervised research in the degree of Master of Philosophy or Doctor of Philosophy.

為來自中國的學生設計 Applicants need to have one of the following: a bachelor’s degree with first or second-class honours from the University of Sydney or another approved institution; an equivalent qualification that demonstrates sufficient research experience and capability. English Language Requirements: TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing; IELTS score: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band; TOEFL - PBT score: A minimum result of 592 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing.課程信息
