專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么?This unique and innovative program involves study across the fields of science and law. You will explore and analyse contemporary issues in climate and environmental law.
Climate and environmental law form one of the law?s most rapidly expanding areas of specialisation. At Sydney Law School, you will find a wide variety of units available in the study of this field. You can select from a wide range of units of study, including international and comparative environmental law, which focuses on the Asia-Pacific region.
The program is designed to meet the needs of environmental specialists from both Australia and overseas. Non-lawyers working or wishing to work in the environmental field are also welcome to apply to enrol in the program.
Sydney Law School offers candidates the opportunity to study their chosen areas of specialisation in the format that suits them best. This includes intensive units of study and the opportunity to take units from other related disciplines. The depth and innovation of the course is complemented by its well-reputed academic staff and visiting lecturers. The course includes an International Faculty which brings experts from various countries to lecture in specialist units.
Graduate opportunities
The Master of Environmental Law (MEL) is designed for those working in Environmental Law and Policy who wish to upgrade their qualification(s) for the purposes of career advancement or professional and academic interest.
Future study options
Sydney Law School is a major international centre for legal research. The faculty has internationally renowned academic staff members whose expertise range across a wide variety of fields. Sydney Law School offers three higher degrees by research: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Master of Laws by research (LLM) and Master of Criminology by research (MCrim).

English Language Requirements: TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing; IELTS score: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band; TOEFL - PBT score: A minimum result of 592 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing.課程信息
