OVERVIEW

Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Acting for Global Screen is a unique, international, interdisciplinary “state-of-the-art” Bachelor of Fine Arts programme in acting, which combines acting training and performance studies, technology understanding and contemporary cultural reflection in its curriculum. It aims to be the most competitive undergraduate programme in acting performance, with cross-cultural and global enrichments that meet the needs of stage acting, acting with media technology and acting for screen in film industries for both local and non-local student.

CURRICULUM STRUCTURE ACTING FOR GLOBAL SCREEN

Programme in the 4-year curriculum requires 128 units for graduation, which is distributed into five key components: School Core Courses, Major Required Courses, Major Elective Courses, General Education and Free Electives as follows:

為來自中國的學生設計 English Language Requirements : TOEFL- Internet-based test (iBT) - Score: 79; or Paper-based test (PBT) - Score: 550; IELTS Academic: Overall Band: 6.0. Grade C or above in GCE O-Level/ GCSE/ IGCSE English; or Grade E or above in GCE AS Level or AL Level English; Grade E or above in HKALE Use of English (AS Use of English); IB - Grade 4 in: IB English A (Higher or Standard Level); or IB English B (Higher Level); or IB English Literature and Performance (Standard Level) or Grade 5 in: IB English B (Standard Level).
