專業(yè)概況

在這里學(xué)什么？ Our Robotics course will develop you as a skilled computer scientist, with a strong knowledge of robotic engineering. We have developed our course in response to the needs and requirements of the emerging robotics market.You'll learn the elements needed to build a robot, from simple electronic circuitry, software engineering and control, to high-level robot intelligence. You will learn how to develop robotic systems and bring the learning to life in our new cognitive robotics laboratory.Your study areas include:roboticsprogramminginformation systemscomputer systemsmathematicssystems engineeringmachine learningmachine vision. You will also study and develop our state-of-the-art robotic systems including the Baxter research robot, the Nao humanoid robots, Darwin Mini Bots and Cozmo robots.Our friendly, inclusive community has a strong link between teaching and research. Our departmental research groups have high national and international reputations as well as close contacts with major companies.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Qualifications equivalent to UK A-levels: Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate PLUS a recognition foundation course. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate plus Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination/National College Entrance Examination/NCEE). IELTS 6.0-7.0, with 6.0 in reading and writing, and 5.5 in listening and speaking. One year of university in China achieving at least 75% overall.
