專業(yè)概況

在這里學(xué)什么？ Information Technology for Business is a degree that looks at the vital role of computing in a business environment. As such it combines specialist computing modules with specialist business modules. To be an effective practitioner in this area requires the ability to stay up to date with rapidly changing technologies and the competence to apply these technologies effectively in a business context. The development of strong technical skills is supported by an understanding of business and commerce, and the way in which contemporary businesses rely on the continual evolution of technology-based innovation. The design of our programmes is also informed by state-of-the-art research being undertaken in the School. Students on our programmes have access to highly specialised computer laboratories where they learn the practical application of cutting-edge theoretical skills and techniques.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Qualifications equivalent to UK A-levels: Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate PLUS a recognition foundation course. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate plus Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination/National College Entrance Examination/NCEE). IELTS 6.0-7.0, with 6.0 in reading and writing, and 5.5 in listening and speaking. One year of university in China achieving at least 75% overall.
